Hi
I had this happen to me also it was a different pin but the same error message.
It had to do with having a another custom hal configuration file and when I
compiled
it used the wrong one producing the error.
I did a major house cleaning getting rid of all the junk my-mill files leaving
only
the one enc my-mill file that I was working with. This fixed the problem.
