Here is a patch for consideration http://codepad.org/iUgS2hV5
It puts back a very handy function in tkemc for tool diameter that has been
removed in 2.5 pre.
It also makes the user choose from tool length or geometry so the user does not
have to input the Diameter if the user only wants to change the tool length
please don't remove the tool diameter from the tool offset popup
