I think it's a mistake to convert bitmaps (such as screenshots) to svg. It
will distort the image and will not add resolution. I think you'll get better
results if you take a full-resolution screen capture and use that.
But don't let my opinion stop you from looking for yourself ;-)

Having all ready tried that I can confirm that saving a screen capture
as a svg does make it more fuzzy but not in a warm way.
