Hi sam, I'm honestly not surprised about the increased vibrations, since we're doing infinite-jerk planning here, but I'm glad to hear it's sped things up at least. I just pushed a small fix to the circular-blend-arc-rc4 branch. It seems to work in simulation for a G33 move (position sync). -Rob

Great! Running the current TP on the K&T with its current acceleration settings was pretty 'tame' With the new TP - you could feel it in the floor.. Part of it was the Z axis has about .0003" backlash - so an audible 'thud' could be heard at stops/reversals.. Great work.. sam On 6/8/201

Good find! I bet that bug was introduced during the overhaul of max speed and feed to get smoother performance with arcs. The good news is, if what I think is wrong actually is, it's a simple fix (just to make sure that if we're doing synced motion, to ignore the F-word). I'll poke around in the mo

Here is a cell phone picture of the new TP cutting jmk's fusee program. (this is how the problem was found...) after setting the F word before the spindle synced motion to something very high (like F9) it cut correctly. (with F6 within the program - the motion would fall behind as it need
