For Common mode emission reduction, a metal cabinet is often used as earth.

appliance coupler OR both. If my product uses an IEC320 plug for the
wall, and an IEC309 ac inlet to the product, is it type A or B?
Does any one know of a modem manufacturer that has a 56K modem that is
certified to UL1950 Third edition?
