Oscar: For North America you will need to look at J-563 (Mar. '90) in the SAE Handbook, which gives dimensions for the socket and a few critical ones for mating plugs. It also points out an 8A max. current restriction. There is also a UL standard UL2089 for Vehicle Battery Adaptors that is

For our building we used a 1500W glowing (resistive impedance load) heater. Measure before, then turn on measure after and calculate the impedance. Also measure adjacent branches to get a feel for how much impedance was in the branch and how much was at the transformer and drop. This is more

You can make it out of string and a trailor hitch ball. The diameter might be off just a little but get the weight and you can figure how far to swing it to get the 5 foot/pound force. The diameter difference, if any isn't worth $150.00, especially if you're doing this as a pre-test before
