Is it necessary to submit medical equipment to China if one has a CB report to EN-60601 medical standards? Our customer, a large multinational, now wants to enter China and reports that China safety standards wants higher water ingress protection than their current North America and Western Europe

Hi Richard, Sounds like my experience except the fluorescent light was 100 feet of wiring away. It is the EFT Burst (Electrical Fast Transient Burst covered in IEC 61000-4-2 that is causing the problem. It may be possible to filter the line to the light to eliminate this. If the GFCIs were p
