At HP in Vancouver we had a solid block of foam for the table. I'm not sure where they got it though. Here at Bose we built our table from the blue foam they sell at lumber yards. We get it as 2 inch thick 4x8 sheets. A hot wire cutter or bandsaw and a low temperature hot melt glue gun are t
