SCPI - no. The command set is given in the manual but appears to be proprietary. When asked if TILE has a driver for it, the answer is yes, but probably only in the latest version of TILE. The PMM9010 comes standard with USB and RS232 ports for connecting to a PC, but a GPIB port is optional.
