Low Voltage could indicate 1500V, so am not certain.

Depends on routing of adjacent wire/cable and ratings of all equipment

Since it is less than 30Vdc, I assume it is not considered a hazardous
voltage. Does the circuit driving the cable meet the requirements for a
Limited-Energy Circuit? If so, then starting the cable on fire would not be a
