Per the July 2015 NOPR, hearing was held 15Sept2015 for the preemption process
of existing state regulations, effective dates once the test procedure becomes
final, values reported on the DOE certification report, etc.
Anyone have a link to results of this meeting?

Cannot make 'blanket' statement that there are "no immunity requirements in
Canada". Some ISM stuff does have immunity/susceptibility requirements, where
(at least) the generic immunity standards are referenced. But there is no
CAN/CSA 61326-1, and there is no CAN/CSA CISPR24, and there is no CA
