Frank, If you are already a UL Certification customer you have access to the UL version of the standard which applies to your product. This standard is a NA/IEC harmonized standard and includes all of the IEC text plus NA additions and deviations (all appropriately marked). Check the available version of 61010-1 to ensure that it covers the amendments you are seeking.
