Kirk, In Europe the harmonized standards for GSM/GPRS are contained in the Official Journal of the European Communities dated 9.3.2002 ref 2002/C 62/03. I recommend you strongly to get your product "approved" by the Global Certification Forum which has requirements far more above the R&TTE direct
