We have checked the Korean Regulation. According to these regulation only
Monitor, Printer and the adapter for a notebook PC require safety approval
(similar as IEC950).
But all ITE equipment needs EMI approval. From July 1997 the EMI standard
for personal computer will be

We got a statement from the KBA (Kraftfahrtbundesamt) - Notified Body
according Automotive Directive that such equipment need to have a E-Mark
according 95/54/EC
