ns if required. I charge $750 U.S D. a day. I'm sure this would
only take
about 1 day to review. I need a deposit of 50% to proceed. I could arrange for
testing
here in Canada to verify the design, this of course would cost more money.
Please let me know if you wish to proceed.

Grace,
Don't forget that your client will require a Canadian representative to hold
the certification and test reports in-case the product is audited.

Hello Colleagues,
Is anyone aware of the safety standards required for CE marking on primary

Regulatory Approval Forum Chairperson
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This is because the standards are so similar, a test report for ICES003 is
still required
as well as everything else you mentioned.

Hi Paul,
I'm not sure why you are saying UL is not valid in Canada. They are an NRTL and
therefore recognized. I agree a cUL would be better if there is a specific
requirement
difference for Canada.

Hi Joe,
I believe the device could fall under Medical but also would need CSO3 Approval
for the
modem portion.
I suggest you contact Garry Lee at Global Advantage in Toronto as he tests
medical
products.
