Can I ask, please? How do you verify that these support PC's actually
fail to meet class B emissions?
Do you test them when you first remove them from their packaging,
before adding your interface and peripheral?
In my experience PC manufacturers qualify their PC's by creating

You may already be aware of this, however, based on personal
experience I would endeavour to ensure that your
OATS is constructed in an area where ambient signals are minimal.
I.E away from industrial areas and as low as possible (in a valley?) in
order to reduce levels of VHF interference.
