Here is the link to follow to download a 60 MB pack of manuals and command key
info for the HP-8566B. I also put in an emulator for the 7440 HPIB plotter, so
you can fake an old HPIB capable instrument into saving a plot to a DOS
graphic file.

 

Click on the link and you will be taken to YouSendIt, where an automatic smart
downloader will handle the whole transfer. There is one big ZIP file, so
download it to an empty directory, then UNZIP it, and move the subsequent
files as desired.

points to a very nice library, but it’s a long way from having “almost
every” HP doc. Although it’s a better site than almost any other OEM has,
it still has enough maddening holes to justify more than a few independent HP
collector sites. HP has a strange curse; their equipment far outlasts the
availability of the documentation. <g>
