Does anybody know the source for a child proof or shuttered CEE 7/7 Schuko
outlet?

My South Korean distributor tells me that metal chop sticks are common in
Korea.  Because children will play with them, the Korean regulatory bodies
prefer some type of child safety for the outlets.  Can anybody verify this?
