Title: Sr Electrical Engineer II Required Skills: Candidate must have ability to perform EME analysis of airborne electronic systems, design control measures, define verification/test methods, create verification test procedures, conduct system level testing, and create test reports. Working knowledge of military standards MIL STD-461 and -464 and commercial standard RTCA DO-160 related to Electromagnetic Environmental Effects. Specifically EMI/EMC, Lightning, P-static, EMP, EMV, HIRF, and Radiation Hazards. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to create and maintain strong working relationships within multiple functional areas of the company. Technical writing ability required. Candidate will be required to obtain a DOD security clearance including background investigations if necessary. Position requires participation in aircraft flight test programs as test coordinator/director and thus requires candidate to receive a third class medical certificate from the FAA.
