EN60065 could apply to your ITE if you have a connection to an antenna cable
source such as coax. In which case only certain clauses would apply.

EN 60065 mainly applies to audio-visual equipment such as VCRs, amplifiers,
electronic instruments, radio receivers, etc. It does not apply to data
processing or ITE equipment. If you are uncertain as to whether your
equipment is covered by the standard, take a look at the scope of the
standard
