Dear all,
For an EUT testing under FCC part 15, if one of the communication link is
infra-red of 300kHz (or bps),others are RF, do I have to test the laser or
infra-red part? If yes, what standard should refer to?

It's stated in 2 sections: 15.107 for Conducted Emissions and
15.109 for Radiated Emissions.
