You ask: "Does anyone know the ITE test standard requirements for Poland?" Poland uses IEC 950. (And accepts CB Reports.) Polish certification of ITE is required. I believe the only country in the world that does not use an IEC 950 clone is Mexico. Mexico uses a UL 478 clone. Since IEC 950 largely includes UL 478 requirements, compliance with IEC 950 largely implies compliance with UL 478.
