I understand that Mexico uses a 220V Wye distribution system such that the
single phase voltage is 127V. What low line and high line voltages should
one consider as being "normal" where equipment should continue to operate as
intended? I ask this because I doubt that 127V is really the nominal voltage
with an expected variation of +6% and -10% as found in IEC60950. What are
the real conditions that one should design to without over designing?
