Can anyone advise! When testing to mil 461a/b/c for airforce, emissions are done using 10uF Capacitors in-line between the supply source and the unit under test (1 metre from the EUT). LISNs are used for army and have only been incorporated for airforce equipments in 461d/e. Are the 10uF Caps
