There is so much involved in NEBS testing that it would be hard
to qualify individual components
FWIW, some components that are sold specifically into the
telecom environment *could* have *some* of the testing done
on them, but such component manufacturers do little or
nothing toward 'certification.' Some do more than others;
it's a tricky affair.

purchase off the shelf that is already NEBS compliant. ( Most of our HW is
from off the shelf components)
