Courttland, You will probably need GOST-R certification to use the "Ct" mark. See http://www.gost.ru/sls/gost.nsf/ Our marketing partner in Moscow obtains these for us. I understand that they may go through an application "agent". Some of the CB granting agencies advertise their ability to get
