Well, I was finally able to solve my own problem. Here is the situation.
BSI has published A3 but they have not yet incorporated it into the main
document. So, 1992 is the latest publication date of the main standard.
Now here is where it gets strange. BSI's version of A3 is ammendement
"9100". BS
