Hello Richard,

India currently doesn't have requirements for external power supplies
specifically.  If the EPS has a detachable power cord, you will need the
correct Indian approved cordset, but you shouldn't need anything specific for
the EPS. 

The Bureau of Indian Standards has a list of products with mandatory approvals
and EPSs are not on that list.  PVC cords are, which is why the cordset will
need approval.
