RE: Labs for UL 60950 testing
UL has offices in Taiwan, China and India. I know they have a lab at
least in Taiwan. Go to www.ul.com, and click near the top on the Global
Location drop down list. If you click on a country, you will be taken to
the website for that country's UL office.

You want to find a laboratory that can prepare a CB report. You can find a
full list of CB Test Laboratories at this link.

There is a long list of labs in China and Singapore that can provide a CB
Report to IEC 60950-1 with North American national
You can go for a CB test report w/ deviations for US and Canada. There are
many labs in Asia
that can issue this kind of report. Some of them are in India.
