Amphenol Air LB has a connector, it is their ECTA series 1331 and is VDE
approved, they are in the process of getting UL approval as well. The
connector is rated for IP66. http://www.amphenol-airlb.com/circular.html
Be forewarned, it is a bit pricey but if you are looking for a Mil-Std

I was able to successfully use a 5 pin 50 amp circular connector on mains
connections of a product for Europe back in 1999. At that time there were
no European agencies that had approved, certified, recognized or whatever,
any US military style connectors.
