I am a little confused about paragraph 31 of the RTTE Directive. I have copied it below. My understanding is that if our equipment (2.4GHz outdoor WLAN) operates in a non-harmonised frequency band, then we have to Notify Member States where it is not harmonised. Where can I find answers to
