Please reference SEMI S8-0999, appendix 1, clauses 10.1.1 and 10.2.8.
Clause 10.1.1 is the requirement for work surface edge radius where the
operator can assume a static posture in contact with the edge for a
STANDING station and clause 10.2.8 is the same for a SEATED station.

present a personnel safety hazard or potential damage to clothing or
equipment should be suitably protected or rounded" but they do not
give any dimensions
Dear All,
Has anyone heard of a requirement in SEMI-S2 which requires all edges to be
rounded to 2.5 inches? I wasn't able to find such a criteria (which was
requested from a SEMI Test House from one of our customers) in any SEMI
standard.
