I did some WEB search and found out that many "Surge Protected Devices" were
CE marked according to EN60950.
In addition, I checked the LVD OJ, but could not find any suitable product
standard for SPD. Maybe they "hidden" under standard titles which are not
directly related to such suppressors.

Josh is pointing you in the right direction,  but I think it would help if you
more clearly defined the type of device in question and whether it is 

a) for fixed or plug-in applications, 
b) for industrial use or for domestic/commercial use?
