Hello KC Chan, In Thailand the bands 26.960 - 27.410 MHz, 77.9875 - 79 MHz and 244.9875 - 246 MHz are designated as Citizens Band (CB). The bands 79 - 79.9875 MHz and 246 - 247 MHz are reserved for similar purposes.
