We have a thermoelectric active cooling for PC Cards mounted on a PCI Card. The card is powered from the Mains (100-240VAC) and distributes DC voltages for the various functions on board. Is this product regulated in Japan and Taiwan and if so, what are the requirements for safety/emc/other
