As far as Schaffner is concerned, see Page 12 of their new EMC products
catalog (690-505A/6/98) concerning their emCell.
If clearly says; under Emission testing TEM-Cell products have limited
applicability to radiated testing, as it is very difficult to correlate
near-field measurements with

A question regarding EMC testing in so called test cells (like the
emCell from Schaffner or the S-Line from Rhode Schwarz).
I thought that those cells (based on the TEM Cell theory) are not suited
for emission testing because the small dimensions give near field
readings.
