What are the agency requirements on the SNUBBER caps used with TRIAC controllers for AC applications. This design will be used in both a North American 115 V and a European 230 V ac system. So the SNUBBER caps have to have any specific agency ratings? Will they need to be Y capacitors for Nordic countries. regards, Gerald Tammi
