I was able to reproduce the problem using the configuration file you attached. When I increased the STEPGEN_MAXACCEL (headroom acceleration) to STEPGEN_MAXACCEL = 165.0 I did not see the problem anymore. Please try increasing the STEPGEN_MAXACCEL in all axes, and let us know if t

Hi Jack. I don't know the exact sequence of steps you're doing, but the way to get a "halcmd:" prompt is to run: halcmd -kf halrun is a script that starts realtime, loads a .hal file, and the optionally gives you an interactive halcmd shell. Once you exit from the halcmd that halrun sets up f
