Is this mail getting through to the list? After some experimentation, I've determined that my spindle card needs a variable frequency square wave sending to it which ranges from 300Hz to around 1800Hz. I had some success with linking siggen and near to give a "square" digital output - siggen.0

Andy, Thanks for your help. I couldn't get it to work so I did this; use pwmgen output to clock a flip flop, send the flip flop output to the parallel port pin AND to the input of a NOT. Link the NOT output back to flipflop data pin. This gives a really nice square wave - just what I need which
