If this machine is that critical perhaps you should retrofit a less
critical machine first and build some in house expertise using EMC2?
I provide paid support for various machines that I have worked on in the
US, however trying to provide machine specific support for a machine
that is so

Hamilton Avnet office not far from my parents house. Being a kid
interested in electronics I would literally ride my bike to the Hamilton
