i just switched two wires that go from TCHCAD to 7i33 and result is the same
5V - 970.
0V--1220
That is all that i can do
right?

I would check the input connections (P2)--
what looks wrong - out of range?
what number?
what should i look
what is it --(P2)- input voltage from potentiometer?

does this mean something wrong and need to be change?
is this power in polarity ?
which one? to power on THCAD or power from potentiometer ?

yes
with scale 100.
setp hm2_5i20.0.encoder.03.scale 100
different scale gives different result.

i can turn on camera and you can see all system -computer - wiring and
changing figures etc--- in real tim

And 0V input gives 1220 for encoder.03.velocity, and 5V input gives 970?
Can you make a diagram
let me make correction.
TCHCAD board has two power in terminals.
First --- to make board work.- and i use USB to do that. Voltage
reading between 4.89 to 4.88
Second to input variable Voltage from 0 up to +5V DC. i use for that
cell phone charger and potentiometer.
Yes, i can make 1 V DC 2 or

Close enough. But does your potentiometer setup also give you 0V?
I am wondering if you have the potentiometer wired up correctly.
Can you
