I looked at that document but I think my confusion comes from using
Gmoccapy. I am not to sure how to do the process to get the table
written. I will try again today.

Best I can tell, it only works when the program is actually started, but
paused. I merely want to replicate the functionality of the onscreeen
single step button which seems to start, run one line, then pause.

There is a difference between touching off to set tool offsets and touching off
to set the origin (part zero). Sounds like u were touching off to set the
origin then did it again on the next tool
