I have created a new feature-branch that supports up to 8 spindles.
Spindle-synched moves such as threading and feed-per-rev can be
synched with any spindle.

Well as is now on & off signal is hardcoded into EDM board and is not available
at a higher level. I think frequency is around 16kHz which is 16 times faster
than servo period. Voltage sampling is done in the middle of the on period.

frequency above 1MHz synchronized to the timers. It is a really great device
for just a few dollars if boutght one by one.
