Yes of course, wrote wrong. Used dial
Ye old Wheezy iso doesn’t work on that machine either. It will boot but locks
up when you try to run Linuxcnc or the latency test. So I didn't think trying
it's kernel with Buster was worth the effort. But Ye old(er) Lucid ISO works
great.

You could try Ye Olde Wheezy kernel with 32-bit Buster. It might well work.
