What I've found doing it 'manually' with air hose, can of WD-40 or a few drops
of cutting oil, depending on what I'm milling is that the air hose is the
nicest other than chips _all_ over the place.

I don't remember the name/number of the coolant I had. I got it almost 7
years ago and when I closed my shop two years ago I still had 35 gallons in
the 55 gallon drum. It was their top of the line machining coolant. It has
probably changed names now but I am sure whatever they call it it is
