Look at the link in the address bar after you get the error.
What I got was http//.. when it should be http://.
Just fix it in the address bar and hit enter

Another thought regarding grounds.
Poor, loose or improper grounding can cause many problems that might
not be obvious to many people.
Some of these problems can manifest themselves as unexplained problems
