I can guarantee that the scaling is different between m5i20 and hostmot . I replace a computer a while back and updated from 2.3 to 2.5. and made no changes to the machine and tried to use my existing pid numbers with no luck. After retuning the numbers were not even close. Terry On May 23, 20

not a brake,just a ring with a notch that clamps on the spindle and an air cylinder with a roller on the end to drop in the notch Milltronics used that system for years no encoder just turn on spindle to like 50 rpm and actuate the cylinder when the notch comes around, the cylinder end goes in .

Hi, I am adding a 4thaxis to my VMC. I am using a 5i20 &(2)7i77&(1)7i33. My plan is to use a gecko servo drive to save inputs. I only have a few outputs left on the one 77. (the 33 is full) Will the 7i77 give good step and direction results or should I switch to 7i42 to be rid of the isolators?
