Recently I was having problem with emc turning off while running g-code files. Everything was checked but only difference between hanging or not hanging emc2 I think was double lines in g-code. But this also happened when g-code has not having double lines. Fixing up parameters in ini file fixed 80% of hanging up of emc2. But not all. You wanted to send the g-code file which I have problem. I working with files about (10.000-100.000) lines of g-code (most of them are pauses and M-codes) and searching of them is pointless.
