Hi, Im looking for a way of getting machine position after probing. parameters 5061 to 5069 include the offset. there does not seem to be a parameter for current position in machine units. currently my macro moves to some position in machine units, and then does an incremental probe. from the difference, I can calculate the probe point in machine units. I need a macro to do this: 1. I jog to any position 2. incremental probe move down 3. save machine position
any ideas? if I try G53 G91 G38 it complains it cant do g53 and g91 together.
