i have a stepper drive that spins the motor properly but so far i cannot
change the direction of rotation. either clockwise/counter clockwise
are set by shorting a pin to ground or leaving it open rather than 0 or
5v that the printer cable provides. can hal be used to provide an
open/ground type signal?
i presume that hal cannot fix this and i need a some sort of switch or
relay to change 0-5 volts to open/ground in a timely manner.
any suggestions are appreciated. thanks in advance.
